Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, I do not offer any refunds. Digital offers include ebooks, recipe booklets/ebooks, online courses, presentations or any other obtainable products that can be accessed through the internet, PDF reader or any reader.
Corrupt or broken files will be replaced as soon as possible. Please send an email to paulina@paulinahupka.com and include the product name, date of purchase, invoice number, email used to receive the product and briefly summarize the problem.
Clients who purchased 1-on-1 nutritional counselling, wellness counselling or nutrition coaching packages can request a (partial) refund under certain circumstances.
